Of course there is.
You just need to partition your disk (there should be a program included with Linux to do so). Or you can do it on Windows too with a program like Norton Partition Magic.
Linux distributions will come with a bootloader. Grub is the best bootloader and the most popular one. Grub will give you a choice to boot all the OS installed on your computer.
This is what grub looks like.
I recommend using Linux Mint, Ubuntu, Fedora Core. They have proven to be my favorite distributions so far.
