Exporting Resources Very Slow

Every time i hook up my 1g ipod nano, i extract the firmware, and then the resources, and the resources take forever!!! So far, they have not extracted, and its been about 5 hours... Please help

lol, no. Very fast computer. super fast iMac.

But now i have a new problem. I cant change any text on my iPod. When i change the text of "iPod" to "Chris's iPod", then click save, then click write firmware, my iPod restarts, but nothing happens.

Are you using iPod Wizard???? You can't use iPod Wizard on a Mac OSX :p You'll have to use iPodEdit...

Please keep in mind ipodedit is in beta level, do not expect its performance to be at its peak...yet...

lol again. No offence, but im not stupid. The resource exporting problem was fixed, i accidentally had it in a Windows format, instead of Macintosh Formatted. But help me again, it does not have any effect when i change text.

Sorry. I automatically assume new members have no idea what they are doing. Did you reformat the ipod to mac, or did you simply use a different one?
