Ya I get the icon in firefox, bonecho, safari, camino. it's a blue glass looking iPH with a reflection. It could be maybe a png is being used for the icon and IE doesn't recognize that. dunno. I actually though it was you (xavier) that made it. must be someone else with a blue signature that got me confused |

Probably cause IE is gay.... Just a guess....

For a favicon you just need the file favicon.ico in the root directory of the website, no plugins needed for seperate browsers. Sometimes people do it differently where they save a png as the favicon and then reference it in the header of the html, which doesn't make sense to me, but it happens. I just checked and they do in fact have the favicon.ico file http://ipodhacking.com/favicon.ico maybe clicking on that and having it load will save the ico file. but I know that it does happen where sometimes people can't see the image because of caching/cookies issues. It's really just annoying. I've went crazy after changing the icon on my site and trying to get it to show up for me instead of the previous one. |
