is the time wrong?

hi, i'm back =D. and i guess u are too =P. well anyway i made my acc and i selected GMT -5 which is for Lima and Bogota, i'm from lima and its 5:07pm here and it shows like 9:07pm is this wrong or the sun just appeard at night?0.o

Yeah, the time is wrong. It's an issue with our host server.
