When you post something, sometimes the credits get added and sometimes they don't. Do credits get added in certain forums

Maybe, but sometimes you spend credits by using the PM system, and i think if you double post it costs aswell.

Yeah, basically anything that can be easily spammed without breaking the rules isn't credit worthy.
