Hmm, If its a theme off Instead of matching themes up to be critiqued set up themers to make themes with a daily time limit, the best looking theme will continue, the loser doesn't.

yeah i think it should be once every month. becuase people making a theme in a week isn't easy, and 24 of them is close to impossible (not exactly impossible).

no one person can only enter one theme/hack per round , and a person can only win once per month and why not old themes just no entering a theme more then once (if it wins), this will incourage people to make more themes

Yeah people would be making crappy themes just to enter. Instead of taking there time.
