Hey im going to be currently busy this week maybe month so I was wondering if anyone has free time to volunteer their time to help in collecting themes for the db?

Well its really simple.
Find themes, get permission, credit, publish on the db.

Its really simple once you see the layout of how to upload the themes..

how is it possible to be ip banned but not banned?

The site just bans the IP adress, so you cant access to the site with it. So if for example, I get IP ban, even an admin could not log in at my house with my IP
