maybe we should have a feature for voting popularity on the themes... and any that are lower than 40% should be thrown into a seperate category "theme graveyard"...maybe?

Good idea! I'm changing all the forums default sorting order (theme forums) to go by thread rating. The higher rated the thread, the higher ranked the thread is

ah but we could give new themes a general probationary period....say when new themes come out...is there a way we can count how many times it is downloaded in order to base the rating off of that?

maybe make a new theme section where things are sorted by chronological order until 5 people rate the theme then its moved to the top theme section if the rating is over 2 or the theme graveyard if the rating is 2 and 1 (just an idea so this can be implemented)
