I don't like it simply because theres WAY too much stuff.

I still liked the ORIGINAL homepage and forum theme the best.

As for the theme, this is 3.7, im guessing the old one can't be made into 3.7

also, there are a LOT of bugs with the home screen:

Forum and Forums are two seperate options.
Can't choose quick links from home page
Sometimes laggy.
Etc.

Also, i can't request a name change

I don't like it. Like someone before me said, it's just way too cluttered, and even though it relates more to the forums, the announcements about iPod hacking in general are being lumped together with announcements about the forums. Not good.
