Suggestions for PS3 games

Well im definately getting a PS3 and was wondering what PS3 exclusive games i should get. I think i am definately going to get burnout paradise, and maybe assassins creed, which are both multi platform.
So what PS3 exclusive games should i get, or multi platform games that will be better on the PS3 than the 360.
i already have COD4, Skate, and Rock band for the 360 so there is no use buying them again.

lucky u r gettin a ps3 i want one but now since i've got a psp slim for my b-day i don't think i'll be gettin one anytime soon
