Purchased Games?

I had Phase/Sonic bought and downloaded to my computer, now its gone since I re-formatted a while ago, how do I get them back to authorize it?

Yeah I got them on my desktop.

you can just put them directly into your itunes library
and if you just reformatted your computer
log into itunes and transfer your purchases from your ipod to itunes

Couldn't he just drag them in iTunes and authorize?
