Well, It's not very complicated, just copy the image, and do a new layer, after past it at the left or at the right of the image and add some gradient... Very simple.

EDIT: Also can you make a tutorial for adding gloss? that would be helpful.

This is my trick to do a reflection with a prespective.
It's very easy and beautiful!
