i like the look of the 5.5G hardware and plus hacks make it better, only thing better with the classic, is more memory and its thinner, but if you replace your 5.5G battery with the classic battery then you have solved the battery problem

Depends. If you don't have a lot of media then get a 5G/5.5G. If you have tons of stuff and don't care a whole lot about mods then get a Classic.
