Not bad... but i'd prefer a 'start' menu if u make a vista one, ya know?

lol you can clearly see that the menu icon section was just copied and pasted from another image..

it does not match up at all

hmmm...if you look closely to the edges of your icons, it seems you're missing to delete a little part of this image, but the title bar looks cool

EDIT: Isn't that from DriveN's theme? (Dark Vista Ultimate) -> the background, and titlebar

Yeah it is from Driven's theme he already gave credit to him in the first post

someone should make a vista theme but just make it have the transparent bars and the vista background
