iPod Touch Hack Main Menu Skin With CUSTOM Search Icon!!

This is the Main Menu of the touch hack with a search icon instead of the photo one. Grab it if you want it, also a custom ms_dos logo search icon.

I had to piece together the word, Search. If you want it, ask!
Now I made the word Games, dude this is hard.
I'm gonna make a template sometime, so watch for it!

does it work? like dont you need a resources file to make it go to games or anything else, or do u jsut replace the pic?

no, you need to make it so your menu setup removes photos and adds games, the pic goes the same place as the search icon, but the podcasts was diff. so i made a menu.
Basically go into settings and then to main menu, change what you have selected. and that should be fine, but make sure you have the touch hack installed.

A nice idea, but I fail to see the point of putting the big icon just by itself for us to download...

search just works with 5.5G, so a mod shold add proper tags or people may get confused. and you need to work on the reflection . there's a tutorial arounf the tutorial forum

I have to agree about the reflection...
It is sort of the signature of the touch hack...

=P yhea, the reflection just looks like you took three swipes with the eraser.
I don't know about the tutorial, but i use the eraser at a pixel size and change the opacity higher as it goes furthur away(photoshop and gimp)
On paint(if your stuck using that) change each and every pixle accordingly, converting the Percent into hex(so you darken each pixle by a certain hex amount)
But otherwise i like them.
