[5g/5.5g] Panel templates

i always make my themes using paint, and always MUST have templates, as it is sooo much easier, anyways, i did these when Panel came out, and i thought maybe someone else could use them to, or find them HELPFUL (rep?) anyways, here yah go!!

No. You know why? Because every theme is having these exact panels. Where is the creativity? I only like this style on the original, but now its just getting old.

I like that you took the time to help out, but i personal don't like this template of panel because then everybody just throws on a different background and calls it a theme. :p
