Truly removing menu icons...

Does anyone know how to really get rid of the sub menu icons for the original touch hack? or 2.0? the resources they gave us dont work at all, they leave this white rectangle where the icons used to be.

Can anyone post a working resource for the two titlebars, because that one that they gave us does't work either.
