Authenticate itunes bought songs

I recently transfered my songs to another computer, but the songs that I bought myself won't sync to my ipod. I am signed in and stuff, but it says "One machine is authorized to play music purchased with this account."
How can I authenticate them?

you have to authorize the computer you are using right now
click the store tab at the top then hit authorize computer

and i had to goole it for liek an hour then called my friend who told me what to do

Just download Protected Music Converter. It will convert all the music brought off iTunes to regular mp3's.
