Ipod phase/sonic in BT's

Recently I found a bittorrent file called "ipod games 23 firmware 5G "
I can find phase,sonic,bomberman in the bt file.
But it's very very hard for me to download(really slow in my country speed=0.x kb)
And there's a 96MB file(I wonder it's a HacXed firmware,but I can't recognize it until I finish my "long-term" download...)

Anyone has any idea about it?

i dont trust ipod firmwares + game sets on torrent :/ a firmware with 96mb sounds not too clean for me .-.

you can put these on your ipod but once you plug your ipod into your computer again they will be deleted

yep ... the newer games need authorization just search the forum for more information about that

I knew that "authorization" given by the original owner does work for every 5Gs.But, in my country, few(maybe less than 10) people buy games from itunes.
Another way, use a authorized itunes "system GHOST's image "and try to modify the BIOS code and HARDWARE code as the original, then we all can use the Ghost to HACK the phase.

What are you on about modify BIOS? And hardware is not a code.

If you mean ghost the ipod disc to another, then what about music? Everyone would end up having the same thing...

hmm. I think i found a verry good solution.

I'm perdy sure this is what the guy here was talking about.
Steps:
1) Go into itunes, set your games to not sync. make sure everything else syncs though.
2) get the ipod system folders from a friend with all ipod games.(meaning all systym folders). copy them to a folder on your computer. call this folder: "new ipod sysfiles"
3) back up your current Ipods system folders. call this folder: "folder 2"
3)sync your ipod, this will copy all your music back, but leave the games alone. the only downpart to this, is everyones ipod gets called whatever the first persons ipod was called. For phase, your going to have to authorize.... dunno a way around that.

Note that the firmware is extracted by alterpod...for mac...

Right, I can try it on my mac, BUT IT IS HARD TO DOWNLOAD~XDDD
can anyone upload the firmware file?(I wonder why TAIWAN's government ban people's BT port "a lot")

OR just try to install and tell us if it works
