Questions, Charging Background and Seek Icon

I have a 5.5g with the TBH and I need to know how to change a few things.

First, I need to change the charging background, the one that displays wehn you put your ipod to sleep and leave it plugged into a wall charger. I would liek to get it to be solid black or to have the smae background as everything else.

Secound with teh theme I am using the little seek icon is almost impossible to see. I have looked through all the pics a couple of times but I can't seem to find it. If someone could jsut tell me what number it is that would be great.
