album art mix up

with a coulple of the new hacks (iTE, Firebird) wich i put on my ipod, the album art is always shuffled to wrong songs. like i play free bird by lynrd skynrd(lol idk how to spell it), and i get a video podcast thumbnail ect.

i have tried re- syncing my entire collection with itunes, and the problem is still there.:dot:

Both iTE and Firebird use some funky new style of hacking that I can't understand whatsoever. Maybe that's what's causing the problem.

ill try putting something else on, maybe a clean apple fw, and see if that fixes it.

EDIT: i updated to the apple 1.3 and the album art is permanently screwed like what chri5 said, i didnt no it was like that on mine yet

EDIT2: ummm...:hmmm: now it has correct AA:eyecrazy::eyecrazy: i have no clue what i did, i had the problem where no music shows up when i put iTE on again and synced some photos on, and now the AA is right!

EDIT3::hmmm::dot::dot: now its messed up again, i guess i was enjoying it too much

EDIT4: ok so the first few songs i played have the correct AA, but the others dont

I have the same problem.If i check it in itunes then it has the correct aa.So i am going to back up my ipod then reformat it to see if that works.If that doesn't then i will cut off my testicles put on one of my wife's night dressess and go for a late night walk to the local gay bar.In other words if that doesnt work i'm screwed.

It happened to me too, but I didn't really have to deal with it cuz my headphone jack broke and I got a new one.

Well try this out this worked with me actually i used floola on my ipod but it sucked at album art and i didnt have the patience to reload all my music so i opened itunes and connected my iPod went to the music tab and deselected the display album art tab and synced not itunes removes all album art from ur ipod after this reselect the tab , itunes will now rebuild the album art database and put it on ur ipod . in a rare case this too might not work so remove the album art again . and close itunes now go to my music/itunes and remove the album art folder in there , now when u click th album art tab under ipod/music in itunes it will be a completely fresh database of album arts. this should work in almost any case.

I reformated my ipod in itunes . Put my music back onto it .So far no problems.It is a problem with the firmware the hacks use .I dont think it is anything to do with your music files.

Well mine screwed up... i used floola to take a movie off, and then all of my album art mixed up, and i don't have any music files on my computer, so i can't use itunes...

Can anyone help me???
