A question about themes

I just started hacking my iPod and I recently download the iTouch hack for my iPod video. I am a mac user and can't figure out how to add a custom theme. The programs i have at the moment are alterpod and iPodicons.
If anybody can help me with putting in themes that would be great.

sorry if i broke any rules, i couldn't find a tutorial.

i don't know much about mac ipod hacking but the one thing i do know is, you need iPodEditor
