I have a problem....

Hi everybody, I'm italian and for the first time I'm having a problem changing the firmware of my ipod 80gb. First of all I apologize for my bad english.
I already know how to use ipodwizard, but now I don't understand it.

I want to change the firmware of my ipod (actually I'm using a firmware that contains the crack for 14 ipod games) putting in it the firmware "Ipod Classic Perfected Final v1". Ipodwizard works well, without error message. But after rebooting the ipod I see only a black background, I don't see nothing. The ipod works. The same problem occurs with other hacks.
I have also load normally various hack firmwares to see the image for the background (picture index 13 that it's all black.

Help me, please.:notworthy:

P.S. Using Ipodwizard v.1.2 at the index 138 I can see the correct background of the "Ipod Classic Perfected Final" but when I attempt to write it to my ipod the program answers with the following error message:
"Can't write the modded firmware to your ipod. Your ipod is remained untouched. Restarting your computer may help to solve this problem". I have restarted my pc but the error message continues to come out.

Um... I'm no good at stuff like this, but try using the newer version of iPodWizard, it's 1.3, that might help

Hi, really I already use the version 1.3 of ipodwizard. This is the version that shows me a black background. As I have mentioned in my previous post using the version 1.2 I can see the correct background but the program doesn't want to write the hack to my ipod. Why?

try restoring your ipod using itunes then trying to write the firmware
