lol this is such a noob question buttttt/
1. Do I need to be updating the ipod to 1.3. or will it delete my current theme. and hack thats on the ipod
2. are the hacks compatible with firmwire 1.3

well my understanding is that firmware 1.3 is a complete apple firmware. meaning your hacked firmware and theme will be gone.
