ipod keeps on restarting..........plz help

recently some minute coloured dots have appeared on my ipod 5.5g screen.......i think the pixels hav burst out..........its irritating ........plz tell wats de problem with it

well i am sorry but that does not help is the sceen broke? becuse if it is than it needs repaced but if not it might need a restore or the current update 3.1

reboot, and hold rewind+centre when it reboots. There will be an option somewhere in there to flush bright colors all over the place. that should unstuck your stuck pixels....
