For that play icon in the main menu background, does it actually say if a song is playing or not? Or is the whole theme just pics and no resources?

No not yet but I will speak to prism2unit and try and get the play/pause images moved to there!

This is very nice. I am still debating on whether to use it when its released or not. There are such nice themes now its really hard to pick one. I change mine like 4 times a day.

No idea. However it is a spin off of hybrid. It is a wonderful theme. It is still not completed! Question has anyone even attempted to make the BIG zune letter on the ipod and make it zunish?
