Well, It is here again and refurbished. I have tweaked many images, many not so noticably but I cleaned them up and organized this better. The clock is now in the right spot.

It's very clean and simple.
I'm not sure if the blue titlebar goes too well with the black start bar, but that's personal preference.
And if the time is really positioned like that, you should move it down.
And where is the download?

I am working on moving the time. I don't have the hacking background to do it.

I think it looks great. I kind of agree with bounci about the blue bar. I really like the blue but it seems somewhat imbalanced on the theme. I think if the bottom bar was blue and the top was black it'd work better as far as the overall look, but that would make it not really a vista theme anymore...
A suggestion..if you will, maybe instead of the blue like you have it, make it something more similar to the border of the windows on vista, the more opaque white-ish look. I think that would complete your theme more.
And also, the yellow batteries are a bit pee yellow. maybe a different color for those.
