Well, jailbreak.. then look at the Ultimate Sources sticky and add blaze ultimate... that should give you all the available apps on the installer.

Lol this works for 1.1.4 also.

All this does is put your iPhone/iPod Touch in DFU mode. You can do this with almost any jailbreaking programs like ZiPhone, iLiberty, iBrickr...
