New iPH Homepage!

Well, after a few major experiments with different types of home pages for iPH, we've finally settled on a simple forum portal.

We feel that this will be able to provide the community the most information from the homepage, and making it very useful and relevant to the rest of the forums.

Hopefully it will help to continually make the community closer, as that is the goal for everything that we do here.
