Icon manager?

Is there any sort of icon manager for mac os x? I know you can right click on the program and do show resources and replace the icon in there but I'm wondering if there's anything that makes it a bit simpler to accomplish.

cool, I've been searching every variation of "mac os x icon manager" i can think of and haven't gotten anything close to that come up. thank you very much I'm going to try it out now.

working good for me. Any suggestions of a good icon website? i've been using deviantart and iconfactory. but wouldn't mind others

Use Windows icons too, they work with Pixadex which is included with Candybar 3. =)
