Why do people think installing OS X on your PC is hard? It's not! It's just like installing XP or anything else!
BEFORE WE BEGIN
You will need an empty hard drive or a partition on an existing hard drive.
If you have a free hard drive, then you can begin.
If you want to partition a hard drive, the instructions below are for Vista. You won't lose a single byte of data. If you have XP, download/install/run 'Partition Magic' and partition accordingly:
1. Go to Start>Run.
2. Type 'compmgmt.msc' then click OK.
3. Go to 'Disk Management'.
4. Next, right click on the hard drive you want to partition. Go to shrink volume.
5. Change the size to whatever you want. This will create unallocated space.
6. Create a partition from the allocated space by right-clicking on it>Create Partition.
7.
REMEMBER THIS! Before you ACTUALLY click the Install button in the OS X installer, make sure you go to Tools>Disk Utility up top and format your partition/hard drive to Mac OS Journaled (HFS+).
BURNING/OBTAINING THE ISO
1. Google the proper ISO of the DVD you will need to burn. The best and easiest DVD to use is called 'Leo4Allv3'. Search that on TPB, it should be the first one. It should download EXTREMELY fast. If you want, you can go out, buy a copy of Leopard from the Apple store (or wherever) and patch it, burn it, then install it.
2. Once downloaded, burn the ISO to a single-layer DVD with any app you like (Nero is recommended).
INSTALL IT!
1. Once burned, put the DVD in, and reboot your computer. It will boot up to the installation process.
2. Install OS X on whatever HDD/partition you want. The process should take 30 minutes or less.
3. Once finished, reboot and you now have Leo on your PC!
Reboot, and boot from Leopard. You should get something called the 'Darwin Bootloader'; this is where you will boot from the partitions on your hard drive that you are booting from. Have fun!
You'll probably need to find drivers to get your hardware fully operational.
