Default OSx86 10.4.8 "You Need To Restart..."

I have just installed the JaS 10.4.8 dvd onto my dell computer, which meets all the requirements.
I use disk utility to erase and format the hard drive.
I install all the correct items
It successfully installs, but when it boots up it says "You need to restart your computer..." on a gray screen.
I have no idea what to do, i installed again without all the other drivers.... still got that screen.
I have looked on insanely mac and stuff, all their solutions dont apply to me, because i did what was told to do.
Any help? I'm desperate.
If somebody can help me i will do whatever they want, ill donate all my credits to you or something :notworthy:
