|  User Ranks (Will pay up to 10,000 iPH$) I'm looking for a designer to make user ranks. I'll be willing to pay up to 10,000 iPH$ depending on the quality of the work. Specifications: 1- The background color of the each user rank should be this. I want the text inside to say the following and be colored white. Administrator: 1589FF Super Moderator: FF8000 Moderator: EA00FF VIP Members: 089131 Banned User: red 2. Dimensions: 100 by 20 pixels. You can edit the dimensions, but not too much. 3. Keep it simple, especially the font. A bit of drop shadow and rounded corners. I want a glossy effect. I had something like this in mind:  3. Include the PSD. I will pay extra if the PSD is included.
