Cool Project Management

Hey Guys,in the first place,i'd appreciate all your great jobs as to introduce so many wonderful Hacks into iPod which gives us a lot of joy!

And here,i have some suggestions to make in the hope that we can make it better and better. So let's c what we have now,iTouch,iClassic,Hybird,Stevid Hybird, and WMP,MacOSX is coming. But it seems that there are some problems left and un-solved.......For instance, the lack of necessary font library in iTouch and Hybird which causes a crash when displaying Chinese,Korean or other characters;Servers Holding DIY-Firmwares is unavalible sometimes; there isn't a clear , simple , official instruction telling people what there've been and what there is going to be, it seems that everything is changing so fast: there is still something to do with iTouch and iClassic to make them perfect, but now, we've turn to WMP and OSX...

I'm wondering whether it's possible that we work out a Project Management or Regulation to make sure what to do and when to do ?

Alright. however most of the bugs are because the HAX took out necessary parts of the firmware for their own memory. you'd most likely have to change the entire way a hack is made, and end up without a clock menu instead of without international support.

However, i would be willing to help.

if you found a bug or want to fix a bug check the bug tracker.
If you do fix a bug send it to a developer or a staff member and they will make sure it gets into the latest build.

The problem is that we have so many ideas for new hacks and we have opened the door for more possiblities. And we do want to fix bugs on the old hacks bug also want to keep things interesting with new hacks

How the hell does it get used all the time when it's empty? How about you start checking things out first before you start spamming.

I don't know how many times I'm going to have to say this, but here goes...

It will always be impossible to make a perfect hack (even my Ultimate Background Hack) unless someone manages to make their own firmware.

You see, the iPod firmware isn't made for hacks. Everything in the firmware has a purpose and does something. There's nothing useless or extra space. So that being said, if you want to make a hack or change something, you'll need to sacrifice something. My Ultimate Background Hack sacrifices 3 font indexes and the previous background hacks sacrificed images.

There's only one resource that I can consider a bit useless and that's the one that was used for to make the background image show up on my Ultimate Background Hack. There's 2 resource for that makes the batteries show and one is for the games, radio and accessories. The other one is for all the normal iPod menus. I used one of those resource and made all those menus use the same battery resource to get the background image to show.

Therefore, the closest hack to perfection is my Ultimate Background Hack.
