View forum leaders problem...

Everytime I click on ''View forum leaders'' , this appears:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 16777216 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 43 bytes) in /home/dan/public_html/forum/includes/functions.php on line 3721

I'm stumped! We have plenty of ram, thats not the problem. I'll look through the settings, somethings buggin out somewhere!
