Sticky a Chat?

I know stickying is for mods and admins but I swear to god I found an option once saying 'sticky this chat' in the chatbox. Yeah, and I was all excited and wanted to try it but I could'nt find that option again.

So is it possible for us to sticky any good chats or is it restricted to mods? And if it is possible, I wanna know how?

That's never been a feature in any of our chatboxes..

Yeah it is, just click on the arrow next to the persons name and lala it's there.
