Capitalize letters in username??

i would like to change my username to KevGuy47, but i cant find anywhere to do it, or do i have to do the name change request thing? cuz i got a 404 last time i tried that(although it was a while ago)

im just wondering if theres a way to change it, cuz itll still be the same username letters

An admin as to change it, once he sees it he'll change it
