Can't upload avatar

It won't let me upload my new avatar. Every time it has the same error no matter which way I do it.

What should I do?

Are you sure the file you are trying to upload is in the right format?
Are you sure the file size is correct?
Are you sure the image is not corrupted?
Try opening it in PS and saving it in another format.

What browser are you using? I just tried and it worked just fine.

I'm using Firefox and I uploaded it to imageshack, photobucket, tried uploading it straight from my computer as a jpg and bmp numerous times but still no luck. I'll try one more time.
EDIT: Worked this time, that was wierd.
