Help about Notes (with WordPod)

Hello, first at all congratulations for the site, it's really cool and it was of lot of help for me.
I have a doubt, may a request, which hope somebody can help me with, or tell me how to deal with it.
I downloaded a couple of themes for the new Panel firmware, the Hand Draw Ill literacy v. 4 and also tried with the original one coming with the firmware, and I get the same on both.
I had recently started to used WordPod, if anybody doesn't know about it, it's a program which convert books or any text into notes and place them into the Notes, but including all the parts from same file in different notes. So, e.g a book can get 250 notes which are all placed in the same "folder". Then each one of the notes includes a link to the next note at bottom of it, so when you push it you move to the next note. Ok, all by now it's ok, then the problem comes whit it.
In first place, when you come into the "folder" which hosts all the notes from same file, the selection bar gets out from the main menu which is placed on the Panel theme and it's displayed at full screen, so don't know if there is any way to do this to being displayed in the same panel menu, as the rest of categories.
And the second thing, which is really the one I really care, because the problem with main menu displayed out of row it's just about stetics, but this is really necessary.
When I finish reading one of notes and then get to the bottom os note and push the link to move to the next note, it changes the background (which originally is totally white with black font so it can be read well) and displays the main menu, which is a total mess because it gets impossible to read anything. Even if the background is light color and the font is black or background is dark and font is white, it's can't be read well because both themes includes elements on background that make it impossible.
My request is if somebody could bring me some help to solve this or tell me what I should do to get it right. I don't know knowthing about code or programming it, so wouldn't know how to deal with it, but may somebody knows any resource to modify or something to do for this, which would be really of help for me.
My intention is to do something to get the usual white screen for notes also when you get to them through a link, so I would really thank if somebody can help me out with this.
I hope I was enough clear with it and somebody can help me, if anybody needs to clarify anything of what I explain, I would explain him.
