Upgrade 2.0 Problem

Hey guys, I get an error while upgrading and I don't have the .ipsw file of firmware 1.1.4 so I cann restore...Does anyone has it ?
I have looked at

a website where you can download all ipod firmwares but I only see 1.1.4 for iPhone =/

Download the 1.1.5 firmware, its exactly the same
