| Help and Support Posting Guideline
It's important to follow these rules when posting for help and support.
1. Use proper tags
Why it this necessary you might ask? To keep the forum more organized and to improve search results.
Tags have to be in this format: [Insert iPod Model here/Firmware Version]
2. Post a preview or screenshot
A picture can tell a 1000 words. The problem can more clear to most people if you post a screenshot or preview and there's a better chance of them helping you. So it's recommended to do this.
3. Details , details, details...
Try to give as much details as possible. The more you give, the easier it is to find the problem. Don't go overboard of course. |
