Phone hacking?

I have the Samsung A437 (great phone BTW) and I want to hack it up too. Any way I can pull this off? Sites? Knowledge?

Hack it, wich way ?
Like unlock it or something ? I know how to unlock a phone if it's what you are looking for

Yeah, I'm just looking to make it different. Graphics editing, string editing, etc.

Ahh... Okay, I tried to put themes on my razr once...Didn't work :p

OK, so officially what I want to do is give myself more memory for pics and audio. I don't need the IM and Mobile Email apps that it comes with; is there a way to remove these and allocate more memory for my stuff? The thing comes with 128mb built in, but I can only use 3mb for stuff.

Unlocking is not my concern; I like AT&T

I NEED MORE SPACE! That's the only thing I don't like about this phone...
