So, there are a couple things you will need to download first.
1) Object Dock. (You may want to find a cracked version, as only pro allows you to have multi docks.
2) YZ Shadow. A cool app that puts a shadow under windows to make them "mac style".
3) The visual style. Just look for one on google or...
4) Flyakite os x. This does everything for you. click enter site, then fill the form, then click downloads, then do flyakite.

5) Transbar. An app that can make your start menu transparent.



NOW. We have everything we need. (Kind of)

First, set up Object Dock. Install it, we'll find docks and icons at the end.
Second, Install yz shadow if you downloaded it.
Third, Right click your taskbar. (bar that has start on it). uncheck lock the taskbar if it is checked. Then, drag the whole thing to the top.
Fourth, install flyakite. this is great, and i recomend you download it.
For final touches, install transbar and set the opacity to 76. choose start with windows.
Finally, check out deviantart and wincustimize. For a good dock skin, i recommend This one.
For icons, google reflective object dock, or reflective icons. on deviantart and wincustomize, there are some nice ones. search relfective icons.

I've seen a lot better customizations, but you've got the basics down.

Maybe one or two of those programs will work, but not all of them.
